Our shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 24 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Delivery Policy
We are doing non-contact deliveries and will need to contact the recipient after making your delivery. Timely delivery cannot be guaranteed if a valid recipient telephone number is not provided. During extreme weather conditions (heat or cold) we will not leave the arrangement unless instructed by recipient or client. In those incidents we will not be liable for the arrangements.
A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.
Wire out orders (to other areas) will include an additional $15.00 service fee.
Orders to UNC Hospitals must be received by 12:00 pm to assure same-day delivery Monday-Friday. Exceptions will be if recipient is not available to receive deliveries due to their medical condition. No deliveries to the hospital will be on Saturday or Sundays.
U.S. orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery times.
We are unable to make residential deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Sympathy deliveries to funeral homes or Churches will vary depending on the time of visitation and service. Orders for sympathy MUST be placed 24 hrs in advance.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Many floral designs on our site are stock photos from the Teleflora marketing department. Those have a SKU that begins with the letter T. The photos were created in a studio with choice flowers at peak bloom rather than peak freshness to achieve their most desirable photograph.
Our goal is not only to create a gift that is beautiful when it arrives, but also to provide the highest quality, longest lasting flowers. Every bloom may not be fully opened at time of delivery for longer lasting product.
Container variety and artistic design styles from our designers may vary slightly. Flower types and stem counts will match the photo. The arrangement will remain as similar to the photo as possible.
